for retirement living more than two decades ago, Concord Place began its life
as an upscale hotel. That means we have all the room you could ever hope for.
There is a dedicated theater, bingo/craft room, test kitchen, card room with
large screen TV, chapel, party/ballroom, swimming pool, year-round greenhouse,
exercise room and a 30,000 square-foot living room with marvelous stone fire
places. And you’ll savor three meals daily in our elegant, gourmet dining
room.
At Concord Place Retirement Community you'll become part of an active community of seniors. Our residents are a diverse and interesting group of individuals who take part in a wide variety of social, educational, and recreational activities. Life is always exciting here! There is always something to do, someone new to meet, or someplace to go. Take part in daily events, trips and a variety of special activities.
 Spacious Retirement Living apartments start at $1,100 per month for a studio apartment and range up to $1,770 for a one-bedroom suite. (Click

All retirement living apartments are equipped with full, private baths with safety features, 24-hour reception and switchboard services, and 24-hour monitored call button in both bedroom and bathroom. Decorate your apartment with your own furniture and belongings for additional comfort and that homey feel. Once you choose retirement living at Concord Place, additional assistance is available, should it become necessary, through on-site home health care services, pain
management program, and our Assisted Living Program.

- Private, direct dial telephone ($15 monthly access fee + usage)
- Master television antenna (cable ready connections in each apartment)
